These changes have increased human exposures to respiratory irritants such as ground-level ozone, volatile organic compounds, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Regarding aeroallergens, studies have shown that elevated temperatures and increased carbon dioxide levels have produced prolonged and more robust pollen seasons for most taxa studied.

African young women, a key population in HIV that represent a growing share of people living with HIV worldwide, but adherence to HIV Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) reamains low in this population. Differenciated PrEP-adherence support strategies to avoid HIV acquisition are a fundamental to curve new HIV acquisitions in women.
Findings support the World Health Organization’s recommendation of using a two-dose or one-dose HPV vaccine regimen in girls and young women. As many countries are switching to one-dose regimen to scale up the coverage of HPV vaccination, these findings based on nationwide Swedish registries and real-life programs provided high-quality evidence to support such policy changes and decision-making for HPV vaccination programs globally.
