Despite this, qualitative endometriosis research has been concentrated in high-income, anglophone countries. This systematic review and narrative synthesis primarily aimed to provide updated insights on endometriosis experiences, whilst secondarily investigating improvements in research diversity and reporting of socio-cultural experiences.
